(A) I have passed my weight goal πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

1) I was 134 lbs πŸ˜₯

2) Weight goal: 125 πŸ€”

3) I passed my weight by "1" point, LOL: 124 lbs πŸ˜€

πŸ’₯Lost 10lbsπŸŽ‰

(B) Just by doing FB:

1) Low impact mat workouts w/ resistance bands

2) Low impact upper body: using 3lb & 5lb dumbbells, & resistance bands with handles

(C) I also did

1) Walking: 1 mile to 5 miles

2) Yoga

(D) Lifestyle choices:

1) Whole food diet

2) Drinking "8" glasses of water a day🌊

3) No soda πŸ‘Ž

4) No sweets (making "no sugar" dessert receipes)

Now, Im toning physique πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ
