Clarify one thing

In need to clarify one thing from my beginners program post. My family is very athletic, and it’s not that my sisters aren’t capable of working out. They like playing outside, hiking, playing recreational sports, etc. It’s just that they’ve rarely ever done traditional workouts, so I want to start relatively easy so that they learn good form. I don’t think they need low impact. I was thinking maybe body weight, bored easily, FB adventure, or one of the FB 30? That leads me to my next question.

Which one should I choose of the “repeat” programs? (E.g. there’s 2 body weight programs, 3 FB30 etc.) Do the older programs use older videos? I would like more recent videos if possible. Thanks for everyones help!
