FB plus routines fun question

Hi all!

I am creating a 4 week routine for my recovery month after I feel better (why not start planning right away, right?) and I was wondering what fun various routines have my other Blender colleagues created.

So the question for you all is:

What fun routines did you create for yourself and what was its purpose? Feel free to share the difficulty, types of exercises involved and so on.

Maybe someone will find an inspiration here. :) Im looking forward to your answers!

Edit: I finished my recovery routine! Structure: D1 UB, D2 LB+core, D3 rest, D4 UB+core, D5 LB, D6 rest, D7 optional stretch. Core is sometimes paired with either UB or LB.

Week 1 - very light routines, 1-2/5

Week 2 - light cardio/strength 2-3/5 (only one 3/5 routine)

Week 3 - same style, 1:1 ratio of 2 and 3/5 workouts

Week 4 - 3/5 low impact workouts (except the optional 2/5 stretch)
