Breaking up a work out

Hi Guys,

What do you guys think about breaking up a work out and doing it through out the day instead of all at once?

I would like to exercise a little at work because sometimes I just don't have the opportunity to do it later in the day. I tend to find my self standing around here and there for about 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Do you think breaking up my "big" work out into smaller sections and then doing them through out the day would be beneficial?
