Flex/Booty combo - When do you guys fit in core workouts?

I am curious - those who have done Flex/Booty combo, when did you schedule in core routines? Did you pair it with upper or lower body days?

I was thinking of scheduling some of the shorter 10 minute core routines or core/Pilates routines, 1-2x a week. Just trying to figure out where to put them :)
