FBP bored easily complete! and musical disturbance..

So today I completed the BE challenge with this;

I have to say I really like this workout and have done it a few times now. Usually I add bands to my pilates sessions but this one is so nice as is. I really felt I needed it today, well I did not 'need' the side planks but the rest was great!

Was just getting into some nice relaxing breath work at the end really zoning out when my Husband in the next room asked Alexa to play some 80's radio station. My zone was invaded by the song 'Footloose'!! For those that know it this is not compatible with a nice deep breathing stretch! Also I now have the song stuck in my head....

Starting flex and some other independent stuff next week.
