Day 3 done

I chose to do https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/daniel-s-upper-body-strength-workout-for-people-who-get-bored-easily today. I have to admit, I've never done one of Daniel's workouts before. I always used FB for supplemental HIIT or cardio.

Man. I'm impressed. It was just right. I had to drop weight at about 15 seconds for most things. I don't have a bench but I have a step so I just use it. For the tricep dips, I just did kick backs because I didn't feel like grabbing a hard wood chair.
