Fbmass

Hey fbf!

I’m on the last week of Fbcomplete and I am searching for my next program. My goals are to build mass and strength.

I have completed FBmass before but that was ages ago and all I remember is that is was quite difficult. I’ve read on here that many people notice strength gains but I’m curious if people saw any significant results in terms of physique?

(Looking at either doing Fbmass or booty//flex - which I know is a killer 😉)
