Struggling with FB Complete

I've just finished FB Fit2 and have scheduled FB Complete to follow (I'm one week in). My thought when I planned this was that it would give me a chance to step back from the more intense workouts, at least for the first week or so.

The problem is that I'm struggling with the amount of choice. I typically do programs because I need the structure but Complete gives a lot of options which means I still have to make a choice. Added to that, I'm really having a hard time picking the beginner options even though I know I need some rest or lighter workouts.

I've read everyone's praise for Complete and I really wanted to enjoy it - as I have pretty much every program I've done - but I'm starting to think it's not for me.
