FB 30 Challenge Complete!

I haven't seen a calendar like this in a bit...I feel accomplished and so much stronger.

Most days included FB workouts, yoga and walking. The odd day was just a walk or gentle yoga.

And today I completed the 2 week FB 30 challenge. Yay me!!!

Next up on my calendar: FB 30 Round 4. I find that 20-30 minutes of yoga immediately followed by a 30 minute strength training session (or vice versa) works so well for me. And it leaves the afternoon free for a nice walk if I'm up to it.
