So the thing is I hate core workouts! I know we work our core in a lot of workouts but I really struggle with the actual dedicated core workouts. But since getting Plus I am forced to confront my stats and it is clear that I am neglecting it! So today I did this;
Finally! a core workout I actually like. It flew by (apart from the plank section, planks at the end? really?!) and although the intervals are actually quite evil at 50 seconds I was surprised how fast it went.
Also a breakthrough! I saw the supine plank, holding a supine plank for 50 seconds no way I thought... turns out I can do it! That said the side planks are still a WIP so I have more to aim for!!
