My Momma, the beginner

Hi All!

I am an avid fitness blender addict, but I am a highly active 24 year old. My momma on the other hand is a 59 year old women who walks ALOT and has done lots of cardio her whole life, but little to no strength training. I want to get FB Low Impact for her, but I am worried that she has so little core/body strength she might hurt herself. When I started Fitness Blender I was already strong. So, I am wondering if people have advice for my mom or started the Low Impact Program with no strength and found success. Please help ease my worried mind.
