Question for anyone that has done the FB Complete program where you can choose each day if you do the beginner or advanced workout - Am I supposed to hit the ‘workout complete’ button for both exercises for the day even though I only did one? I just started this program and have only been hitting the ‘workout complete’ button for the workout I did but then the next day it shows the other workout as a missed workout? My OCD personality does not like seeing a workout listed there as ‘missed workouts’ 😬. But I also don’t want to mark both workouts as complete and have my workout counts wrong and overinflated in the ‘number of workouts complete’ section. I guess I figured if I marked one of the workouts as complete then the other one would disappear the next day since the program wants you to choose just one to do?
