FB Strong

I started FB Strong at the beginning of the month. Then I got this wicked head cold and took a few days off. Now I'm all messed up...should I just start back where I left off? Should I start over?

And I have to say, whenever I tell friends about Fitness Blender, I always say my favorite thing is how down to Earth and "real" Kelli and Daniel are. The last workout I did...Loki was literally laying on the mat the whole warm up and then during the core workout both Kelli and Daniel started laughing because they could hear water sloshing around in their stomachs. That got me laughing. Laying on the floor by myself, cracking up(not fair when you're doing ab work! lol). Anyway, you don't get more "real" than that. I feel like I'm working out with friends. Thanks so much!!
