Post Baby - Getting back in shape

Hello Everybody, Noel here

I had my 3rd baby 15 months ago , I have been eating healthy and running around with 3 kids this past year , lost some weigh but still have

some weight on the belly and on the hips . Will like to know what Workout program would you guys recommend

I was fit and in good shape before the pregnancy. Think also I hit my 40s and its more difficult to loose the extra pounds.
