Am I working out too much?

Hi!

I have been on a weight loss journey for a long long time. Frankly it has always been a struggle. Over the past 2 month I started a very regular regiment. I have been eating wholesome clean foods and I have been working out 6 days a week - 1 hour or more each. My workout is basically an alternate between stationary bicycle or day and the fitness blender 1000kcal workout the next day. I feel like my weight loss is stalling despite being on this regular regiment. Am I working out too much?
