FB Blend Complete - My favourite program so far!

It’s been a wild month - finished a course I’d been working on for several months and immediately started a new job teaching ESL online! My schedule is has been totally wacky (split shift from 0250-0600 and then 1730-2130) due to my students being in China but it’s been a ton of fun! Working out in the afternoons in between teaching periods has helped so much with keeping my energy up.

And yesterday my partner and I finished FB Blend! I absolutely LOVED it! It had so much variety and I noticed significant improvements in my strength. It really is a great blend of different training styles and that prevented too much soreness or exhaustion of one muscle group. I really like the ~40 min video length and that was the majority of them for this program. Despite having done five programs prior, there weren’t many repeat workouts for us!

Now it’s Chinese New Year so I get some days off to sleep in, relax, and do some stretching/yoga, and then we are starting FB Sweat on Sunday!
