Resistance band recommendations for heavy training

Hi all! Hope you are all staying healthy in this crazy world.

I need some help. I am heading back to my work full-time in the office, and I am skeptical of using the common gym due to COVID-19. I work a 10-12 hour day, 4 days a week, and by the time I get home, I find it very hard to motivate! I am going to attempt working out in my cubicle over lunch with wireless headphones and my iPad. As someone who has been lifting for several years, I’d love to find a set of resistance bands that will provide a challenge for me for upper and lower body exercises. Any recommendations? Thank you!
