FB Burn 2- Week one complete

So I just finished week 1 of burn 2. Oh my gosh, I found fridays hiit extremely challenging. And found myself pausing twice. But pushed through, and got to that workout complete!!

Honestly though, I feel like I wasn't at my best on Friday, and it annoys me. I wonder if anyone else feels that way, and how you celebrate the days you struggle through the workout?
