More Pyramids?

I know the 2 trainers probably do not wanna do a ton of these, but I am getting used to the Tabata timing. One thing about the Pyramids is that they either progress down or up so the body is getting progressively relieved or augured into the dirt . I would love to see some more of these HiiTS with intervals that are irregular. Thanks!
