oops!

so, doing FBSweat, but some days are 5/5 and that just doesnt always work for these arthritic joints!! Day 10 has never worked!!! So, I subbed in this instead:https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/cardio-kickboxing-and-core-smackdown-your-stress.

Then, half way through the second side of one the sequences with a dobule knee, I realize, "Hey, I'm using the wrong leg! Daniel is using his back leg--that's why he would be able to grab the perp AND use his knee without falling over!" and then, like a cray FB glutton for punishment kinda person I am, I stop the video, go back to the start of the sequence and do it again, using the correct leg, efore finishing the rest.....and now, could someone please do a "cleanup on aisle 1"? Thanks.....🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
