You'll find this new workout as an Extra Credit in the new 2 Week FB Booty Challenge that launched yesterday. We have Flex planned as the theme for the March challenge, and from some conversation floating around here in the Community yesterday, it's sounding like many of you are liking the idea of FB Abs for April, yes?
