What are your favorite ACTIVE RECOVERY workouts?

I usually focus on one body part (lower, upper, core) a day but I'd like to mix it up for fun and do some of the total body workouts I've never done before on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I'm interested in knowing what your favorite active recovery workouts are so I can do them on Tuesday and Thursday.

I did search "recovery" in the workout video section but only a few videos were active recovery so I'm reaching out to those of you who do total body workouts a few times a week to see what active recovery workouts you love to do in between total body.
