Hi,

The gyms are closed here and I used to use fitness blender a lot - I really enjoy using it and I usually use the workout programs. I want to cancel my gym membership but am a bit nervous that if I keep following the programs I’ll be in a loop of the same fitness for myself

Sorry if that doesn’t make sense. Has anyone made their own routines or found following these ones (programs) repeatedly does work?
