1. Where is the icon for sending feedback to FBP? I wanted to suggest a way to search for videos designed for women over 50 or to create a search function by age if possible for the future.
2. How do people use FBP to get the most out of it? I am using it a couple times of week to augment with my online trainer three times a week and I want to try to get a good balance of cardio, core and strength training .
3. Crazy question but is there a night time FBP for a quieter workout, like a stretch before bed or for quiet days?
