FB Booty, do you continue if you’re sore still?

I am genetically prone to a small booty. When I do most workout programs it tones and lifts but it shrinks. So I’m trying to achieve hypertrophy. My concern is if I’m working out flutes that are still sore 2-3 days later ami shooting myself in the foot? But if I don’t I won’t necessarily get all 3 weekly workouts in. Any thoughts or experience? Pic added just to show where I’m starting. The only time my booty was shapely was when I was about 30 lbs heavier!
