What next after the fab! FBStrong? Pls

Hi everyone,

I’ve been doing the programs in a slow path, completing one program in 2 months, for instance. January 2021 I decided to complete FBSTRONG in 4 weeks and I loved it. It boosted my mood, my energy and I'm keen to follow another one :). The thing is I'm not a fan of HIIT, I've been doing it with K and D, but is not my cup I tea, my passion is lifting :)

What would you suggest for my next round?
