Setting up a schedule with variety

I am new to FB and I work out three times a week with a trainer. I want to use FB for my other non training days and i would like to know if there is a way to set up a calendar of workouts on my ICAL since I am a Mac user. I would like for example to add 2 FB workouts each week Tuesday and Thursday in the morning and add a mini workout in the afternoon on other days including Sunday.

Do I have to scroll through each video manually or is there a way to set up preferences for a customized schedule that will feature different options? (and get it on my ICAL calendar?)
