Looking for suggestions for women over 50?

I am an active 57 year old working out with a trainer three times a week. I am looking for workouts with dumbells and a matt that combine cardio and strength training. I am not able to search by age category in the FB database but wanted to know what folks here might recommend. I am new to FB! I would love to hear more ideas for the veterans. I find sometimes the transitions too quick so I modify
