60s & Better Check-In Sunday, Jan. 24

Good morning! Major bluebird sightings! After not seeing any for 25 years, they are back. Another way that nature never ceases to amaze me. Who plans to get outside in nature today? Once COVID hit, I made a promise to myself to get outside every day, even if just on our screened porch during a rainy downpour. Yesterday I was rewarded with this adorable little bluebird.

As for indoor activity -- I have decided to break up two shorter workouts into morning and afternoon. It is working nicely for me.

Today's morning was this cardio:

I will be playing Mahjongg online with friends this morning. Then a little housework, cooking, and painting this afternoon. I still need to tackle some paperwork for -- gasp -- taxes.
