Newbie looking for tips/advice

Hi there, I'm new obviously and wondering where to start!! Are the free videos enough to get things kicked off or is it better to sign up to a plan?

I'm between 10.5 and 11 stone and I just want to get back to about 8.5/9 stone and actually maintain it but I want to build strength and tone up as well! I'd also like skinny arms for the first time in my life!!!

Any advice on getting started?
