hello fb-family, im put myself on a 90 day challenge to get fit again and lose the pregnancy weight i put on, before i go back to work. i gave birth via c-section the first of october and ive healed perfectly. i still have 3 more months to go before i need to go back to work, and i feel its time to work out again. i put on alot of weight , especially around the belly. i dont feel good about myself anymore. are there any woman out there who can recommend me some specific workout videos that they may have used after giving birth ? tnx in advance !
