Just a quick check-in...
Had to reschedule twice, didn't feel too well on certain days due to accident at work. I fell and had a shock on my head and a small wound on my left eyebrow arch. I had and felt this weight on my chest as if I put a 5 kg dumbbell on it. I went to see the doc but he said that there was nothing to worry about.
I particularly enjoyed the upper body workouts that I thought so boring. I decided not to do the recovery workout, I just chill out instead.
I'll see you guys at the end of week 3.
