Missed days...

Hi all! While I do my darn best to stick to 6 days a week (currently doing one of the FB30 programs), I'll sometimes miss a day. I'm one of those "love to check the boxes" gal, so wondering how other peeps handle missed days. Do you leave them be and tag them on at the end of the program? Do you reschedule your program every time you miss a day? Also, still haven't figured out how to schedule rest days, so would love to get some advice on that too. I hate going to the gym and discovered FB earlier this year and what a game changer. Love it and this community.
