I workout at home most of the week using Fitnessblender's programs. However, I do go to the gym once a week. would you have suggestions for workouts utilizing gym equipment that I can follow for that gym day (doesn't have to be video).
It would be great if you can suggest some intense upper body, lower body and core workouts routines that utilize gym tools other than dumbbells (which I have at home)
