Schedule Change!

so.. starting monday 01/18 i will no longer be on training hours of 9-530! ill be going to 930-6 and working 1 saturday/month 10-2!

granted id rather be working 8-430(7-330,6-230 haha) but if i have to work later hours may as well make them work for me right? with the current hours im only getting 26.5 minutes to workout in the morning and its just not enough(i mean at least im doing it but for what im used too - i can tell a difference)

so with the 930-6 ill have from when my boyfriend leaves like a full hour! 💪🏻 so last night i hemmed and hawed over all the programs but im still waiting on my Bowflex weights so i decided on the obviously popular FB complete and i do have my ankle weights and resistance bands.

i highly recommend the short and sweet program for those of you wondering how to fit in some kind of workout with crazy lives!
