15 days! + plank victory

...until the end of FB Fit! WOHOOO💪

Today I had a core workout which surprised me in a good way: I could do a full minute of plank! 🤩 and a couple shorter interval plank based exercises, and a 40 sec burnout plank! Normally I dont like planks at all but it seems I gained some more strength to manage it. There were also a lot of crunches and back bows and my whole core feels nice and tired. The long stretching afterwards was relaxing. 😊
