Creating my own routine

Hello everyone!

sometimes, life hiits you like a hurricane and before you know it you're flailing around like a baby duck trying to get a strenuous amount of work done and in the process, you miss a dozen workouts. Has that happened to you?

i really want to get my workouts done, but a lot of the time, the length of the workouts in the program clash with the amount of time i have, and choosing similar workouts almost every day of the week feels like I'm not actually following the program. so i thought, i could create my own program with FBplus, so that i can customize the length of my workouts! But the only problem is that i don't know what kind of structure to follow. How many times should i work the upper body? how many times the lower body? how many core days? how much hiit? how much strength training?

and so I'm reaching out to you guys, what structure should i follow? should i be changing the structure every week to keep my body guessing?
