Brushing workout

This is a shout out to Allen - he may have started a trend...

While brushing my teeth, I do side leg raises (advanced add pulses at the end), rear leg raises and slow butt kickers.

I started this because I found that I wasn't brushing my teeth long enough - so now I get two things done at the same time.

Do this twice a day and I promise you will have stronger teeth ! LOL!
