Experience with working out with vaginal prolapse

I'm wondering if any of you ladies has had problems with vaginal prolapse. I have never given birth, so this is just something that happened to me all of a sudden. I think from lifting heavily, running a lot and, probably, a lot of jumpsquats :p I started a routine of pilates and low impact exercises + bodyweight strength training to see if it makes a difference + walking fast uphill. Any advice or just experiences in general is highly appreciated!
