Routines

I'm halfway through my 1st created Routine using only FB Plus videos and I have to say I'm really enjoying it.

I've got the Burn Challenge scheduled after that.

Also, I'm on day 5 of Yoga with Adriene BREATH 30 day yoga journey. It has surprised me in that it has allowed me to be more present with my Fitness Blender workouts, able to focus on my breathing while giving it 100%. That's a game changer for me. I'm more willing to lift a bit heavier, to challenge myself a little bit more while listening to my body and being careful not to overdo. I'm feeling calmer and more empowered too.

It's a good "blend" for me! 🤗
