Has anybody done this?

I’m thinking about pairing the Short & Sweet Challenge with the Fundamentals Challenge starting next week.

Did anyone do this? How’d it go? Did it still feel as if you got a thorough workout in each day?

I’m currently trying to lose some fat/weight and didnt know if maybe this pairing should wait until I’m at a “maintenance” spot?
