Switching days in a program

My arms are a bit sore today from working out upper body 2 days ago so I'd like to switch days since today (Tuesday) is an UP workout, and tomorrow (Wed) is a leg day. Is there an easy way to just switch days? do Wednesday's workout on Tuesday and vice versa? or should I just go into Wednesday's workout on Tuesday and do those videos, then on Wednesday go into Tuesday's workouts and do them, then mark complete? Thanks!
