Switching up programs...

so.. im usually one to do all 5/5 50 minute crazy sweatfest workouts but with my new job and my and bfs morning routine ive discovered i only have about 30 minutes to workout.

ive been trying to do Fit2 for the 2nd time with Abs1 but i think i spend more time each night planning out how much time to do each video than actually working out! 😂

i know a new 4 week workout is getting released tomoro but i want to wait for my new adjustable dumbbells(hopefully not 4 months! ha) so- for now im switching to 2 week short and sweet and see how that goes!

changing my morning routine has been extremely rough - ive always always worked out at night during the week!
