Created my first Routine

I haven't been motivated to do a program or a 2 week challenge lately, so I thought I'd create a routine featuring FB Plus videos only that are max 40-42 minutes.

I scrolled down all the workout videos and when the first Plus video came along, that would be Day 1. Then continue scrolling til the next Plus video came along, and that would be Day 2. My routine is for 2 weeks, 6 days a week. The 8 minute breathing video would be on Day 6 or 7.

That said, this was Day 1:

I'd done this one before and can't get enough of it! Just the right amount of HIIT, great variety of styles (Pilates, strength, etc).

It's a good video to do when you don't feel like working out, cos you don't have time to think about anything else and you feel amazing afterwards!
