Unsure of Which Program to Start with

Hi! I've been doing Kelli and Daniel's fitness blender workouts on and off for a while now, but am looking to buy a program in the new year to really start my fitness journey. I was wondering which would be the best program to start with if I want to lose fat, build muscle over a (preferably) relatively short period of time while being sustainable for the long run (ie. if I wanted to repeat the program - is that recommended?) :) I am hoping to get into some intense workouts but am not sure since I am a beginner which ones are more suitable for me? Thank you!
