6 workouts away from a 1000kcal workout!

Hello!

I just finished day 18 of Fit 1 after yesterdays unexpected rest day, it was an upper body workout which I did along with the extra credit, they were both 3/5s so I managed to do them both even while feeling a bit sluggish. Yay me!

This also means that a 1000 kcal workout is getting closer and it falls to the first day of the year 2021 (if everything goes according to the schedule). What a way to start the new year! Im excited to count down the days to this spectacular experience.

How are you guys planning to start 2021? Any great workouts or programs? What are your new years resolutions, if any? :)
