Rescheduling breaks in programs

I wanted to share my approach to FB programs: I've found that in most programs I need a break sooner than the scheduled one on day 6/7, so what tend to do is reschedule, say, day 5 to a day later to have a break after day 4. But then I find I have just day 5, then day 6 is the easy recovery workout, so I then reschedule the first day of the next week to fall directly after that day 6 because I feel ready for it :-)

At first I felt bad about it and tried to push through, but I've learned that going through the motions of a workout just because you feel you have to is frustrating and you don't get as much out of it, so now I treat it as my own customisation of the programs and pat myself on the back for listening to my body :-)
