What are FB plus programs designed for ?

Hello everyone, it's me, again...

I just subscribed to FB plus, to see what the FB challenge programs look like.. I'm kinda lost.

I was usually doing longer programs (4 to 8 weeks), and always learn from K and D that you can surely see some change at first, but it was more on the duration of the program that the result are the most noticeable.

So, my question is; are FB plus challenge designed for entertainment ? Or maintenance ?

Or for begginers only ? I'm not a begginer myself, tho I can be a newbie for some HIIT exercices 😂
