FB Booty and Running

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Fitness Blender. I just finished my first Bodyweight program. In the spring and summer, I really like to get outside and run in the morning and am looking for a 3 day a week program next. The Booty program is intriguing. Has anyone tried it with running? Wondering of it would overwork my legs? Thanks!!
